You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. Creatives generated through the Service are licensed to you for commercial use. The Service, its design, and underlying technology remain the property of Launchpad.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes generating content that is misleading, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
